Colca Canyon Trekking
ITINERARY:
Day 01 Departure from Arequipa at 12:00 p.m. directly to Cabanaconde (3,287 msnm) arrining at 6:30 p.m. aprox. Sleeping the firts night in selected lodging Day 02 After the breakfast, we walk 1357 m. deep in 4 hours to the Colca river, passing by the suspension bridge of San Juan de Chuccho. We stay in this town to have lunch in a local house. During the afternoon we go to the Oasis (1850m) where we'll enjoy the pool and sleep in camping. Day 03 We walk 1400 m up, from the Oasis to Cabanaconde in 4 hours, we visit the "Cruz del Condor" where we enjoy the flight of the condors, and then we return to Arequipa
